Payments:
Payments in form of check or money order for purchase (s) not received within 5 business days from date of purchase will be cancelled & item (s) will be relisted for sale. Please allow 7-10 days for mailed payments to clear. Purchases made using paypal are expected to be paid at the time of purchase.

Return Policy:
Please notify us via Email: countryroseoriginals@gmail.com and let us know if you have a problem with your order within 3 days of receipt.. We cannot accept returns without prior approval. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. *Note: "Consideration" of refunds will be given only towards items damaged or broken. We do not refund for Buyer's Remorse so please be sure you want the item BEFORE purchasing.*Note: Hand made items are sold as is. No returns will be accepted until all outstanding fees have been paid prior to returning item (s) in question via paypal only!. It is your responsibility to read the ordering information & descriptions prior to making a purchase. All fees owed for returns must be sent prepaid within 3 days of authorization approval. No collect shipments will be accepted by Country Rose Originals.
Descriptions & images of the items are clear. If you have any questions about a product of interest email us "before" making the purchase. Authorization to return will expire after a period of three days.
